Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Peak holiday season (October-December) can potentially add up to 1 week to processing times (up to 3 weeks total processing). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping

All orders ship FREE with standard USPS shipping.

Local pickup

Use code LOCAL at checkout to save and choose instead to pick up your order from our shop in Moberly, MO. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, we will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shopwildblooms@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All sales of products on this website are final due to the custom, made-to-order nature. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges allowed. There will be no exceptions. Please carefully review all products before purchasing to ensure that you have purchased the correct product with the correct custom information.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at shopwildblooms@gmail.com within 14 days and include photo(s) of the damaged/defective product.
